ABOUT OWL'S NEST PRESCHOOL

Specialized, nature-centered preschool and after school programs are offered at the Owl's Nest. Mindfulness education, yoga, art, music, and physical activity are all integral parts of the ever-evolving, child-focused curriculum. Organic, and thoughtful meals and snacks will be lovingly provided to owlets in the preschool programs.

  • Reggio-inspired classrooms are designed to encourage relationships, communication, and collaboration through play. Classroom materials are thoughtfully incorporated to encourage creativity, problem-solving work, experimentation and open-ended play.

  • Year-round outdoor play to encourage creativity, imagination, sense of beauty & sense of self.

  • Owlets are encouraged to practice peace & kindness, and developing strong social and emotional skills.

The teachers use positive guidance techniques and have a very simple set of rules to follow in our community focused classroom.

*Take good care of yourself, each other & our space*

HOURS

We are open all year!
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Owl's Nest operates throughout the year. This allows preschoolers to establish a consistent routine, helping them feel secure and settled into their environment.
It also provides families with the necessary time to attend to their tasks and responsibilities while their children are engaged in the program.
By offering full-day care, we aim to support both the developmental needs of the children and the practical needs of their parents/families.

OUR REVIEWS

The Owl's Nest play space is set up great for kids to explore, play, and relax.

Alicia F., parent of a 3 year old

We are a previous Owl’s Nest family. It was the best decision we made for our son. The nature based learning in a clam environment is great for young learners. Lindsay is incredibly kind, patient and fun! We highly recommend Owl’s Nest Preschool.

Kami, parent of Owl's Nest Graduate

Lindsey is Amazing! The children I was a nanny for had her as a teacher and they absolutely loved her. Never had a complaint about her. She is nurturing and loving, talks to the children not down to them. I would highly recommend taking your children to her!

Liz T., parent of currently enrolled child
